Interest Rate*: 6.5% to 8.5% per annum depending on the manner of repricing

- Trade References (Top 3 customers & suppliers)
- BIR Certificate of Registration
- Other Proof of Income (i.e. Notarized Lease Contract)
- Latest Proof of Billing
- Authorization Letter to conduct bank checking
- DTI Registration & Latest Barangay Clearance

Collateral Documents:
- Clear copy of Contract-to-Sell
- Latest Statement of Account from the Developer
- Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT) free of any lien and encumbrances
- Deed of Undertaking issued by the Developer if the Condominium Certificate of Title
